Switching to PostgreSQL for Laravel Cloud deployment

What I worked on today

• Spent minimal time on Spyrate today.
• Switched the database from MySQL to PostgreSQL to prepare for Laravel Cloud deployment.
• Posted some tweets.
• Focused on my 9-5 job and Escape Hotel business.

Lessons learned

• PostgreSQL will be a better fit for Laravel Cloud deployment.
• Some days, other responsibilities take priority, and that’s okay.
• Even small progress is still progress.

Challenges faced

• Limited time to work on Spyrate due to other commitments.

What’s next

• Hoping to finalize the monitor header UI tomorrow.
